I'm Chris Stevens and I'm passionate about property.

Chris Stevens Real Estate is an independently owned and managed company, powered by Real Estate Services (RES). RES is the largest and fastest growing Real Estate company in South Africa.

Formed in 2020, RES has grown to some 500 agents throughout South Africa. RES was formed to give experienced property practitioners an administration and marketing platform which enables them to concentrate on what they do best - marketing properties, servicing buyers and sellers, and making deals, deals that benefit buyers and sellers.

I'm a Property Practitioner (we used to be called Real Estate Agents) with my own company, Chris Stevens Real Estate, working in association with Real Estate Services, a relatively new, but dynamic, fully digital real estate operation.

My background is actually in IT, where I have managed many complex implementations, mostly financial administration, but projects of many kinds. I have managed the implementation of over 50 IT projects.

I have also managed unusual projects where a broader range of skills has been essential. I am able to negotiate and draw up contracts, develop strategies, recruit and train staff, set up processes and procedures, communicate effectively at all levels, organise sponsorships and deliver on time.

But real estate is my passion. I help people to sell properties all over South Africa - I have listings in Sandton (where I'm based), Ramsgate, Munster, Jeffreys Bay, Port Alfred, Zwartkops, Hazyview and other places. I've become somewhat of an expert in farms, with many farms in the Crocodile River Reserve (Hennops River, Roodekrans, Doornrandje), Magaliesberg, Hartebeestpoort and Rustenberg).

I believe in a Win-Win process, where both the seller and the buyer are delighted with the outcome. Very little gives me more pleasure than interacting with people, and making sure that the sales process goes smoothly for everyone.

I also have a lot of experience in putting complex deals together - hotels and guesthouses, retail and industrial properties. I offer experience, energy, integrity and good communication.
